With Rubén we met in 1966, when he was assistant student of the Chair of Pharmacology of the Faculty of Medical Sciences of La Plata, whose Professor was Dr. Manuel Litter, and I was a student of the third year of the race. Years later we shared guards as doctors of recent graduation in different opportunities.
He was born on January 19, 1942 in the city of La Plata where he attended primary and secondary school. In 1967 he graduated as Doctor of Medicine and from there he began a brilliant career as a medical doctor and teacher. At the beginning he chose the specialty of Internal Medicine and served as a doctor in the IV Room of HIGA San Martin de La Plata until 1973. In that same year he was appointed Head of the Health Unit No. 16 of Berisso by Career contest Hospital Doctor.
