Six voices in a medical history

A 69-year-old man, Antonio V, presented to the Endocrinology office of a Hospital in Tucumán, Argentina, on August 6, 2020 at 9 a.m.

MC: referred by GP for hyperglycemia and weight loss. He enters physically bent, with difficulty walking, leaning on a cane and the family member accompanying him, with a stern face and aged appearance.
