Abstract

Teacher training in formal and non-formal education is a matter of concern and interest for our institutions due to its high demand among professionals in recent years. Universities, scientific societies, companies, all of them interested in improving their professional bodies for the permanent education of their members. In recent years, the virtual modality has been a topic of greater importance in the pedagogical field; with the pandemic, its educational treatment became indisputable. Teacher training "in" and "for" virtuality has two critical moments: the moment of design and formalization of permanent or postgraduate training courses or careers, and the maintenance and graduation of the students of said courses or careers.
