Abstract

As usual, each Congress or Conference of the Argentine Diabetes Society (SAD) has a motto that somehow defines the thematic orientation of the meeting. On this occasion, the motto is: "Diabetes and metabolic risk factors: different views, one objective" and this is because for the first time the National Diabetes Days are held jointly with another scientific society, in this case the Argentine Federation of Endocrinology Societies (FASEN).
