Internet and social networks have caused profound changes in society, science and Medicine. The use of networks is frequent in all ages and professions, and widespread throughout the world. The word "diabetes" returns close to 395,000,000 of 1.59 results in Google. In one minute on the Internet, 3.8 million searches are produced on Google, 1 million on Facebook, 87,500 tweets and 46,200 posts on Instagram. Argentina has 35M users on the Internet and 34M on networks. In 2019 Facebook users add 20 M, that is, almost half the population.
